Enlightened Privacy is considered the controller of the personal information we handle under this Privacy Policy, though we may handle certain personal information as a processor for our clients as agreed to with our clients.

Information You Provide to Us Directly: We collect personal information that you provide to us directly when you connect with us by email, fill in forms, submit an employment inquiry or job application, contact us to explore a potential attorney-client relationship, request marketing materials, or give us some feedback.
The types of information we collect may include your name, company affiliation, email address, mailing address, telephone numbers, job title, and details about your professional role, subscription preferences information for email newsletters or updates, service-related information from clients, invoicing information, feedback, or education and job history information if you submit a job application. We also receive information from or on behalf of our clients. Because of the nature of our services, this could include any type of personal information.

Professional Advisors: Our accountants, bankers and other outside professional advisors in the course of the services they provide to us.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites operated by organizations not affiliated with Enlightened Privacy, including social networking sites. We do not review or endorse and are not responsible for, the privacy practices of these organizations. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of each and every website that you visit.
7. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Site is not intended for children under the age of 13. If Enlightened Privacy learns that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete this information or otherwise comply with any applicable legal requirement to remove such information.
